• Windchimes was one of the first specialized social media agencies in India

• I was hired for helping them expand from just social media into becoming a full digital agency

Adding More Services

• Identified talents and abilities within the existing team
• Added creative services like minimalist posters, doodles, comic strips and 2d/3d animation
• Trained my team members and added digital advertising services including Google AdWords
• Hired people to build in-house abilities in website designing and development
• Aligned with vendors for services like mobile app development, video creation and media buying
• Within 3 months, Windchimes had transitioned to become a full-fledged digital agency

Bringing More Business

• Started with upselling the new services to existing social media clients
• Built a portfolio for the agency with this approach and soon gathered some good projects to showcase
• Used this to further pitch to external brands and non-retainer companies and get more business

Promotion to Mumbai Branch Head

• Over-delivered on my revenue targets and helped start new business relationships
• Rewarded with a promotion within 6 months of joining – Mumbai Branch Head
• Started leading the strategic planning for all clients and new pitches
• Supervised a multi-tier creative and tech team to ensure seamless deliveries to all clients
• Restructured internal processes for efficiency while eliminating bureaucratic delays
• Ensured revenue inflows into the agency while minimizing costs
• Started managing parts of Delhi and Bangalore businesses after one of the co-founders decided to exit
